By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Ownership and Operation

Aisentrix is a product wholly owned, operated, and maintained by Hostelastic Technologies LLP. All intellectual property rights related to the platform, excluding the underlying third-party AI foundation models, belong to Hostelastic Technologies LLP.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal content, harass others, or bypass the safety filters of the underlying AI models. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hostelastic Technologies LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
